2002 F150 Mike can you tune 4.6 litre F150's? He has issues with tire size and performance.

Not at the moment. I need SCT software for that.
HPTuners does support '04 and up F-150s', but not that year.
For Fords of that model year, I would trust Jeff at Precision.
